Q: What does "100% natural" mean?
All the products in our shop are made with natural ingredients only. This means that there are no nasties, petrochemicals, fragrances and otherwise toxic ingredients added to the products we stock.
We stock brands that believe in keeping skincare ingredients simple and close to nature. The ingredients included in the brands we stock are thoroughly researched and we talk to our suppliers to make sure we learn about their supply chain before including them in our shop.

Q: What does "hand-made" mean?
All the product in our shop are blended by the founders in small-batches by hand in their own facilities. We only work with brands that have the same values as we do and source 100% natural, high-quality raw ingredients for their products. Making the products by hand at the brand's own facilities ensures that the quality of the products are of high standards and no toxic ingredients are added, ever.
Q: How long can I keep my products before they expire?
The product labels will tell you how long you can keep your products and within what time frame you should use your product. If the expiry date is not on the label, it will be listed on our website for each product.
To make sure your products stay fresh until the expiry date, we recommend the following:
Keep your skincare products away from direct sunlight and heat.
Store in a cool room, below 25C and place in fridge on very hot days.
Don't let water into the bottles of your skincare products, and make sure you close the lids tightly after use.
Q: Do any of the products you stock contain palm oil?
No, none of the products we stock contains palm oil or any ingredients derived from palm oil.
Q: Do you test on animals?
No, we never have and never will test on animals. When choosing brands for our online shop it is very important to us to make sure none of the products and the ingredients used in the products are tested on animals. We also don't stock any brands that export their products to China due to the current cosmetic & skincare testings required by law.

Q: Are your products cruelty-free & vegan?
All our products are 100% cruelty-free and 100% vegan (with the exception of the Kopa Kauai soaps).
Please note that cruelty-free and vegan are two different things in the beauty world. Unfortunately, brands that include animal products can still carry the "Not Tested on Animals" and "Cruelty-Free" label, so if you are looking for products that are truly sustainable and animal-friendly (100% vegan and 100% cruelty-free) make sure you check with the supplier, so they can clarify this for you.
Q: Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
Most of our products are, yes. However, we recommend you email us or speak to a certified aromatherapist or a medical professional to determine if the use of products containing essential oils or taking herbal supplements is safe for you. Some essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy, when trying to conceive or if you are breastfeeding.
Q: Can I use your products if I am on medication?
Most of our products are safe and fine to use if you are on medication. However, we recommend you speak to a medical professional to determine if using products containing essential oils or taking herbal supplements is safe for you.

Q: How quickly is my order sent?
Your order is shipped within 2 business days from Sydney, NSW.
Q: Can I track my orders?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped out and will be able to track your order.
Q: What if I receive my order with damaged items?
Your order is packed safely and we do our best to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. However, sometimes damage can occur during transport. If you do receive a damaged item, please email us at email@example.com with a photo of the damaged product, your full name and your order number. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to help.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
No, at this stage we only ship within Australia.
