Shipping & Returns
Your order is shipped within 2 business days during weekdays. If ordered on the weekend, your order will be shipped on the Monday. We offer Australia wide shipping OR pick-up from our premises if you are local. If you choose to pick up, we will email you to determine the most suitable time.
In the unlikely event that the product you ordered is unavailable we will contact you and offer you a refund or the option to choose another item of the same value.
All products are shipped in recycled boxes and re-using packaging material. We ship with Sendle - Australia's first carbon neutral delivery service.

Christmas Shipping Guide
To make sure you receive your order in time for Christmas, our shipping partner Sendle recommends the following last day to order by. We are located in Sydney, NSW and ordering guide below refers to the time it takes to ship from Sydney, NSW to your location.
FRIDAY 7TH DECEMBER - All orders from WA, NT, North QLD and any other remote locations in Australia.
MONDAY 17TH DECEMBER - All orders to interstate metro areas (Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra).
WEDNESDAY 19TH DECEMBER - All order to same-city metro areas (all suburbs around Sydney, NSW).
Easy Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange your order within 7 days from when the item was shipped to you.
We only accept products that have not been opened or damaged and are in their original packaging. Please note that we don't refund or exchange products that have been used or opened. We also don't refund or exchange products that are packaged in unsealed containers, as this doesn't allow us to be sure that the product hasn't been opened and compromises the quality of the product.
No return & exchange on sale items.
Before sending a product back to us, email us at: email@example.com and let us know which product you would like to return. This allows us to make sure your returns & exchanges are processed without any delay.
Shipping costs for returns & exchanges need to be paid by the customer. Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used at time of purchase.
